Description :With an aim to honour students' hard work and dedication, G.H.P.S Karol Bagh commemorated the Annual Day cum Nursery Graduation ceremony_ a celebration of preschoolers' academic milestones, on 23rd of February,2024. The celebration gave the students a chance to exhibit the skills they learnt in the past year. The program was graced with the presence of school's honourable Chairman,S. Paramjit Singh Chandhok, Senior Vice Chairman, S. Jujhar Singh and other distinguished guests. The theme of the program was " I can, I will" The program started with the melodious shabad rendition by the students of primary segment followed by the mesmerizing dance performance by the bright looking tiny tots on welcome songs. Addressing the large gathering of the students and parents, the Principal of the school,Mrs. Jasvinder Kaur,extended her warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and parents. She further applauded the parents' efforts, perseverance, motivation and support that contributed to the successful completion of their children's preschool. She further presented the detailed report of school's achievements in scholastic and co scholastic areas in which the students brought laurels for the school. The Chairman of the school,S. Paramjit Singh Chandhok, also appreciated the hard work done by the students and teachers and urged the parents to spend quality time with their children. The students left everyone spell bound by their scintillating dance performance on Hindi and Punjabi dance. The main attraction of the program was one act play on the life of legendary sports icon, S. Milkha Singh that highlighted the theme of the program. The sports drill activities performed by the students was also worth watching which was followed by another dance performance on "Bum Bum Bole" song followed by Gidda and Bhangra performance. Each act of performance was an aesthetic delight, high in skills with props and PPTs which made the performance a 3 D experience for the audience. The program ended with votes of thanks by Primary Segment Coordinator Mrs. Mandeep Kaur. It was a grand success and great learning experience for one and all.
